We have always known you as an incredible friend, family member, mother, wife and doctor—and your recent work during the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted just how amazing you are. You have cared for patients in the palliative care unit and across your hospital with COVID, all while two toddlers are at home (thank goodness for your husband, Ben).

Something I have learned from you is

Laughter truly is the best medicine.
