Letter from Henrietta Szold to Cyrus Adler, February 18, 1903, page 1. Szold indicates that she has already secured the approval of Solomon Schechter as president of the Jewish Theological Seminary and of Mayer Sulzberger who oversaw Szold's work at the Jewish Publication society to enroll as a special student of JTS.
