Selma Weintraub

Selma Weintraub is a past national president of the Women’s League for Conservative Judaism. Her articles have appeared in Outlook Magazine, and she has written for The Seminary at 100, a publication of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. She is currently International Archivist for Women’s League for Conservative Judaism.

Fanny Binswanger Hoffman

Fanny Binswager Hoffman was an early twentieth-century educator and philanthropist who served as the second president of the National Women’s League, later known as the Women’s League for Conservative Judaism.

Rose (Berman) Goldstein

An early advocate of increased rights and responsibilities for women in Jewish life, Rose Goldstein was a prominent leader in the National Women’s League of the United Synagogue of America. She published a book detailing her relationship between scripture and her own self-understanding in 1972.
