Shalva Weil

Shalva Weil is Senior Researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2004 to 2009, she served as the President of SOSTEJE (Society for the Study of Ethiopian Jewry). Prof. Weil has published over 100 articles in scientific journals and edited several books on Ethiopian Jewry. She has also been the recipient of awards for her applied educational work among Ethiopian Jews in Israel.
