Eli Lederhendler

Eli Lederhendler the Stephen S. Wise Professor of American Jewish History and Institutions at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is the author of American Jewry: A New History (2017), Jewish Immigrants and American Capitalism 1880-1920: From Castle to Class (2009), New York Jews and the Decline of Urban Ethnicity, 1950–1970 (2001), and The Road to Modern Jewish Politics (1989).
