Ronit Fisher
Ronit Fisher is a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Jewish History at the University of Haifa. Her dissertation topic is Jewish-Christian Neighbor Relations in Multi-National Border Regions in Eastern Europe during the Holocaust: Romania as a Case Study. She was the recipient of the Danek Gertner -Yad Vashem Ph.D. Scholarship for the academic year 2003–2004; a research scholarship of the Simon Dubnow Institute for Jewish History and Culture at the Leipzig University; a research scholarship of the Struchlitz Holocaust Research Institute at Haifa University, and a research scholarship of the “Zeit-Stiftung” from the Bucerius Institute for Research of Contemporary German History and Society at the University of Haifa.
