Sylvia C. Ettenberg

Sylvia C. Ettenberg is dean of educational development and lecturer in Jewish education at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. In her former position as dean of the Albert A. List College of Jewish Studies, Ettenberg was the first woman in the seminary’s academic administration. A graduate of the Teachers Institute of the seminary, Ettenberg co-founded the seminary’s Ramah camps.
